1. Who is responsible?

Slimmezaken, operating under the Genantis name, is responsible for website and contact-administration data. Dutch Chamber of Commerce 81946104, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

2. Website visits and contact

If you email us, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use it to answer your question, assess whether InvalDirect fits and prepare requested next steps.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for your request, agreements and applicable legal administration. We periodically assess whether retention is still necessary.

3. Privacy-friendly website analytics

On the production host we use GoatCounter for aggregate pageviews and limited interaction events. The tracker sets no cookies or browser ID. According to GoatCounter's public documentation, IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored; they are held temporarily in memory to recognise repeat visits.

We measure the language route, referrer, campaign source, screen width and anonymous labels such as a CTA click, viewed process step, video start or completed video. Clicking the email button is only a contact intent, not a proven lead or sale. Our own events do not send names, email addresses, message content, search terms or advertising click IDs.

Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are not active at this time. If we enable them later, we will request consent where required and update this statement before those tags load.

The tracker loads only on the real InvalDirect production host. Local previews and quality checks send no visitor data.

4. Hosting and security

Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. Website traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to systems and data is limited to what is necessary.

5. Data in the InvalDirect service

Before processing data from an organisation's own relief staff pool, we record the roles, purposes, retention, deletion, export, security and any subprocessors in writing. We do not request a pool file before those agreements exist.

6. Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. Service providers receive access only where needed for hosting, email, security or aggregate website analytics.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

8. Changes

We update this statement before data flows or measurement providers change materially. The version and date above identify the applicable text.
