How we handle your data.

1. Who is responsible?

Slimmezaken, operating under the name Genantis, is responsible for this website and its contact records. Chamber of Commerce 81946104, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What do we process when you contact us?

The fit check form asks for your organisation, work email, number of locations and whether you have your own pool. A phone number or question is optional. We also save the page language and receipt details. We use this information to respond to your request and prepare a possible agreement, not to add you to a newsletter. When you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.

Form requests are stored in a private Cloudflare database and accessed through our signed-in account. Requests older than 90 days are removed when the next valid request is processed. Without new requests, deletion waits until that next request. This period does not apply to separate email correspondence or records we need to retain for agreements and legal administration.

To limit misuse, we temporarily store a daily hash derived from your IP address and a request count. Previous days are cleared during the next valid request. The database does not store the raw IP address.

3. What happens when you visit the website?

The website uses no advertising cookies and creates no personal advertising profile. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. It may process technical data, such as your IP address, time of access, requested page, browser information and security alerts. This is needed to keep the website safe and available.

We use GoatCounter to count page views, clicks on contact buttons or links to our websites, and form starts, submission attempts, errors and displayed receipts. We store totals for each page or action. This measurement uses no cookies or visitor profiles. We do not send form details, email content or query parameters from the address bar. The language comes from the page you choose, not your browser settings. Clicking an email button does not mean that a message has been sent. A form receipt is shown only after the request has been saved; analytics records only that the receipt was displayed.

GoatCounter receives technical data, such as an IP address, when making the connection. Collection of sessions, individual page views, referrers, browser details, screen size and location is turned off. The totals have no automatic expiry date. We skip this measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Read the GoatCounter privacy notice for more information.

4. Data in InvalDirect

Before employee or pool member data is used in InvalDirect, we make written agreements with the organisation. These cover roles, purposes, retention periods, deletion, security and any sub-processors. Data about children or parents, Dutch citizen service numbers and copies of documents do not belong in a request.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell personal data. A supplier only gets access when this is needed for hosting, email or the agreed service. We limit access, use encrypted connections and make suitable agreements with suppliers in advance.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also make a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. Changes

If our way of working or our suppliers change, we update this notice. The date of the current version is always shown at the top.
