Does InvalDirect also provide relief staff?
No. You work with people you choose. These can be employees, your own freelancers or other relief staff you already know. You decide who is in the pool.
Do I have to approve every shift?
You choose this for each pool. Let it run automatically or require your approval.
Does InvalDirect replace my rota software?
No. InvalDirect does one job: it asks your own pool who is available when someone is absent. Your rota software stays in place.
Can InvalDirect work with our existing rota?
Yes, as a work process. Before you start, we review how the open shift and final choice sit alongside your current rota. We only promise a technical connection when it is actually available.
Is fast cover guaranteed?
No. InvalDirect sends the request. Your pool decides who is available.
What is included in the fixed price?
You can send unlimited requests. There is no charge per person or request. The pay of your own worker and the one-off €99 setup fee excl. VAT are separate.
